Gabriel Odeh Apotey was born on the 2^nd day of March 1983 in Somanya. He is a Christian and Fellowship with The Apostolic Church of Ghana, Rev. Austen Ofori-Addo Memorial Assembly, Djaba Road-Somanya. He did his National Service with Upper Manya Kro Rural Bank Limited in 2007 and was subsequently employed on the 5^th of November,2008. He is a native of Yilo Krobo (Somanya) in the Eastern Region of Ghana and has been with the Bank for the past 16 years.

He is a Part-Time Lecturer at Institute of Project Management Professionals, Ghana.

He holds a Bachelor in Educational Psychology (University of Cape Coast, Ghana), MBA in Accounting (Wisconsin International University College, Ghana), Doctoral Fellow (CIMS, USA), Ph.D in Finance (The University of America, California) and Ph.D in Management (Akamai University in Hawaii, USA) . He is a Certified Policy Analyst (PIED, Ghana), Certified Business Consultant, Certified Global Business Analyst, Certified Project Management Consultant, Member of Ghana Association of Restructuring & Insolvency Advisors (GARIA), Member of Ghana Institute of Safety and Environmental Professionals (GhISEP), Chartered Financial & Investment Analyst (South Africa & Ghana), Chartered Manager (CIMS, USA), Professional Business Accountant (Canada), Certified Economist (Ghana) and a Certified Public Accountants (England /Wales).

His area of expertise are Project Valuation and Financing, Environmental and Agricultural Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety, Rural Banking, Staffing Psychology, Corporate Security Management, Strategic Coaching, Branding Psychology, Emerging Investment Decisions, Economic Reengineering, Financing Taxation and Advance Human Networking.

He is the founder and Executive Director of Heroes Exclusive Consultancy. This consultancy firm has been operational since 2018 till date and functional in five (5) administrative regions in Ghana.

He has published two (2) books: THE IMPACT OF MACROECONOMIC POLICY ON ECONOMIC & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT and THE RELEVANCE OF MONETARY POLICY IN ECONOMIC STABILIZATION. He is gracefully married to Mabel Ayongo Apotey and blessed with three (3) children: Michael, Daniel and Gwendolyn.
